Room was kept clean, food were excellent and the pool was about 80 degrees and comfortable.
The food and service at the bars/restaurants were great.
The bed is very comfortable and unfortunately due to time restraints we didn't have time to visit the restaurant.

The rooms are always nice and clean and there is a view of la from any room, the hotel is good a recognizing SPG Elite members. Front desk joe is great and beds are fantastic.

The area was manned and well lit at night, a barista in hotel starbucks was the most pleasant, cheerful, friendly gal, the front desk folks were helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious and clean.

The restaurant manager was apologetic, and took appropriate action to remedy the situation, this hotel was fantastic. Staff were friendly too, room was much better than expected, modern.
