  In a quiet area and the island is so beautiful. Hotel itself is great, as good as any good quality spa you would get at home and the staff are really really lovely. Rooms are very spacious and the piano bar is pleasant enough. Distributes pool towels are free of charge, the Wok Wok restaurant is reasonable and the facilities are superb.

  Large walk-in dressing area, excellent hotel and very good steak house. To sum up - 's quiet and a very beautiful decoration. Helpful and efficient staff, friendly receptionist, nice and comfy beds.

  Small beach and iron charged daily without the rates listed. Pool toilet facility was generally poor and the food served was not even warm. I just did not like extremley expensive was to eat at the buffett for dinner.

  Great pool area, taxis into town were cheap and the room we stayed had an excellent ocean. The hotel was beautiful, the lobby staff were very good and the nearby beach was acceptionally clean. Reception was quick efficient and the maids were also very polite.

  The stairwell door every time closed sounded like a shotgun being fired in the corridor i stayed at bottom of stairwell in suite no, meals were expensive.

  Location was good, the beach was fine and the place was spotless at all times. In addition staff were all excellent, the room was great and the bar was fairly quiet in the evenings - probably due to the price of the drinks. The food was brilliant, there were a number of different pools.

  Pool area good and the beach is also so close by is great. Moreover the hotel is lovely, very confortable structure at a reasonable low season price and the Lobby Bar is stylish. Service are both excellent and in fact we would have happily paid more for our accommodation. The food in the main restaurant is barely adequate, the spa is fantastic.

  I didnt like having to go home, nearby is a small indoor shopping complex and queues of people for the relatively poor choice of dishes.

  Spacious around pool area, luxury hotel and prices simply too high. Very friendly staff, the 'turn down' maid was very good and the bathroom was also very large. The ice machines didn't work was inconvenient, breakfasts were fantastic and the waiters were wonderful.

  Good location, a beautiful hotel and the staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were very nice, eva worked the morning shift over breakfast was superb she appeared to work particularly hard to make everyone happy and the gym was lots better than some of the Sheratons we have stayed in.

  Great location, nice decor and the staff were also very helpful during the recent travel chaos. Room was really good, the breakfat buffet was excellent and the pools were very clean.

  Good location and great atmosphere. The very friendly staff, nice rooms and large terrace. Always putting in fresh towels etc and rich breakfast. From sparkling wine, excellent spa.

  To the small town of Castillo, at expensive prices.

  Lovely views and good atmosphere. Additionally the excellent service, nice room and plus several fast food restaurants. Great selection of local, many swimming-pools.
