It has a great location about 10 minute walk from the main train station.
Great central location and sitting on the terras adjacent a beautiful park for lunch.
Nice location and the restaurant in the Hotel was pretty good.
There is an underground entrance just outside the front door and there is a pretty park out the back.
Hotel management even helped us plot our strategy for getting to the soccer games, found a taxi to fit 5 and even negotiated a below meter rate for the trip.
In stead of an Executive Suite (which I booked), they wanted to put me in a standard room.
After calling to the central reservations they finally believed that I really did book a suite, and got the correct room.
The bed was more typical of European Hotel than it was of being Sheraton quality - the mattress was a tad flat and the pillows were flimsy.
The positives were the room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean.
The windows only open a crack (like so many European hotels) and the rooms do not really cool off until morning.
4 blocks away from a strip of local restaurants for late evening eating.
Pretty basic food and beverage outlets but the restaurant is nice and faces directly on to the Park - food is OK but the restaurant service could be improved.
Buffet breakfast was first class and until 1100am which is unsual.
General the hotel is very nice, great staff especially during Breakfast.

The reception people was more than helpful, rooms on the club floor were updated and service in the restaurant was excellent.

The view to the park at this level is outstanding since you can see the amazing mature park, the hotel is next to a big opera house and gym is open 24 hours is nice.
