Well located and hotel was in a good location.

Located near metro on the red line and this hotel is on an excellent location.

The location is good, the hotel is perfectly well located and staff do their best to make you feeling at home.

We flew to Bergamo airport- Bergamo is a picturesque place, worth visiting, 10 mins on the bus from the airport if you have time.

There is a metro station right across the street, which made it easier to get everywhere.

Bed was huge, we had everything we needed at hand including bath-robes and the room was kept well-maintained during our stay.

Our room was very clean with bed linen and towels changed daily.

The room was nice and the bed was heavenly!

The bar and restaurant were quaint but continental breakfast was fairly spartan although good in quality, thankfully it was included in room rate since price was extortionate!

The music was pumping also during breakfast in the hotel's restaurant, which was all white in decor and overlooked the garden - really gorgeous, so why detract with the silly music?

From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff provided excellent service, from the guys on the door, through to the front desk, concierge and room service team.

The hotel started life as Milan's first public swimming pool and the lobby and other public areas of the hotel are fantastic.

6 mile pleasant walk to Duomo, Galleria, etc), comfortable beds, clean, pleasant staff, and adequate gym (2 newer treadmills, 2 newer elliptical, one bicycle, one each upper body and leg Life Fitness weight machines, and a good set of free weights).

The fitness center had everything we needed with treadmills and elliptical machines for my wife and free weights and chest and leg machines for me.

A truly wonderful stay, great staff and the room was clean.

Rooms are on the small side but clean, light, and well furnished.

A fabulous staff makes you feel like royalty and the rooms are nice and clean.

Rooms are very big and clean but in need of redecorating.

The bathroom was also very large and it was perfectly clean.
