In particular, Daniela at the reception provided outstanding assistance, arranging tours and restaurants for us. She spoke excellent English and was highly motivated to help. The hotel also offered a great gym and pool, and the location in an upscale, safe residential street was convenient. we would highly recommend this hotel.
