  Staff was helpful in spending lots of time to resolve computer/fax issues but also wasted hours of my time.

  Staff was unable to print from their computer. Single double bed room was micro in size, but did not have musty smell like another hotel in Clayton.

  The location is prime, a safe area with lots of restaurant options and ten minutes travel from the city's trendy west end district and forest park museums and zoos and five minutes from the galleria shopping mall. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and personally customer satisfaction oriented. I had misplaced my cellphone charger and several of the staff from the front desk to housekeeping went out of their way to help find it and to offer another to use while there(I later discovered where I had lost it). I got an excellent hotel rate through an internet site and was thoroughly pleased. The lobby and bar with plasma tv is beautiful, warm and inviting. The beds are awesome, and I would definitely elect to stay there if business took me to St.
