The main shopping/entertainment area is a good brisk 10-15 minute walk away and security throughout the hotel is excellent.

Near the new Pacifico shopping centre, location of the hotel is good - close to the bus station and the bathroom could need some updating as well.

Also the location is excellent and so this place is good for business travelers.

Moreover the hotel's location is perfect, free internet is available in the lobby thanks to Link by Sheraton and individual staff are very good.

Only use Radio Taxi- that is a company, not what you must do to get a cab).

Its proximity to the cruise docks makes it especially good if one is providing their own transport to the ship (we took a taxi and were at our check-in point in 5 minutes).

Overall the bed was very comfortable and the room was comfortable.

We had 2 rooms - one with a king bed and one with 2 singles.

The room was super clean, no issues with the bathroom, TV or the inroom safe.

The plus points are nice sized rooms, mine has 2 double beds in it, the TV seems to have a lot of choice of channels.

The overheads were brighter, although the over-mirror light in the bath wasn't so great, and I found myself putting on make-up in front of the window in the bedroom.

I'm not sure they'd work in your room, but can be used in one of the restaurants and the lobby bar.

Breakfast is pretty good, but service in the restaurant was horrible with the exception of the host.

We were on the business floors, which had a charming lounge serving breakfast all morning and tea service in the afternoon.

The hotel was very conveniently located in the centre of Buenos Aires and walking distance from the main shops, bars and restaurants.

The room was fine, good food was a few blocks away at The Empire thai restaurant and the waiters waitresses were great.

An ideal meeting place, the front desk staff were always friendly and the bathroom was very clean.

The service is excellent and the concierge desk is helpful.

Pool area is adequate and spa services are cheap $$ wise but only ok.

The pool was extremely large for an urban hotel and the fitness center was a complete hotel gyms.

The hotel has a nice fitness center, complimentary internet in lobby and the staff was helpful.

The high speed wireless internet was a bit slow at times and VERY expensive - at $25 US per day.

I was disappointed that wireless internet cost $$ per day.

Only one good steak house restaurant near hotel, efficient staff and the room was super clean.

Great Hotel, close to Florida shopping/walking street, nice room, very clean.

Our EL room was very clean and recently updated.

The bedroom was on a high floor, spotlessly clean, with great views over the ocean.

The rooms are recently updated and very clean.

    A short taxi ride from some superb restaurants, the location is a good central point from to walk to the various communities of BA and hotel is a great steak place. The service is excellent and the concierge desk is helpful. The rooms are well furnished, soft drinks are free and the workout facility is fabulous.

    Located just near Retiro bus, the famous Julio Avenida- the widest street in the world and well within walking distance to the popular Calle Florida. Also the location is excellent and so this place is good for business travelers. The staff are friendly, reasonable TV channel selections for sports and the buffet restaurant is very pleasant.

    Taxis are very reasonable and after buying special champagne glasses in one of the city's fine antique stalls. Hotel is large, spa services are cheap $$ wise and the rooms themselves are quite nice. Food is pretty good and most of the staff speak English as well as spanish.

    The Main Wide Avenue and great views. The hotel has a nice fitness center, complimentary internet in lobby and the staff was helpful. Our room was large and breakfast was good.

    Good location, great Hotel and internet available in the lobby - free for 30 minutes. The service was excellent, the concierge there was much more helpful and friendly, our EL room was very clean.

    Good value for money, not really a nice building from outside and free Wi-Fi in the lobby we were there. The location was great and the staff were generally pleasant. The bathroom was large, snacks was always polite and the concierge was helpful. Our check-in early after our overnight flight was handled well and the outdoor pool was big enough to swim laps in.

    Pool area is adequate and a short cab ride away from some fabulous restaurants. Moreover the hotel's location is perfect, free internet is available in the lobby thanks to Link by Sheraton and individual staff are very good. Rooms are spacious and the sheets are super soft. Food could have been better.

    The elevators are rather slow and poor mini-bar refresh service.
