We truly enjoyed the very central location and how clean the place was kept. Got cheap, big size room with sofa and a pretty good view and bathrooms.

Clean place with very attentive and attentive stuff and magnificent view to the park. Well-appointed and well-maintained room, very comfy bed. Amazing and great breakfast with lots of meals. Very central location to the Retiro station. And very close to cruise port and multiple stores and restaurants.

We love staying at this hotel when we visit Buenos Aires. The hotel has charming old features and attentive staff. The garden views are spectacular. The breakfast is marvelous with a huge variety of dishes.

The rooms are well-kept, nicely decorated, and come with a clean bathroom that has a bathtub.

All the facilities are great, clean hotel, its location is particularly good to the cruise terminal. The breakfast is great, excellent and the staff is highly courteous.

Well-maintained hotel that has good and unbeatable location in the infamous Retiro neighborhood. Brand-new & fashionable room, with climate control and a writing desk. Location very close to the cruise ship port as well as tourist information centre. Outstanding food in the restaurants such as Chiuso Ristorante, located 5 min away.

An opening window and a whirlpool in the room and the extremely comfy bed. Clean bathroom with a bath. Totally very nice stay for a short visit.

Breakfast fairly basic.

The hotel's location is a major advantage, as it is close to the subway, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, it is within walking distance of many historic sites, allowing guests to easily immerse themselves in the culture and history of the area.

The overall experience is marred by the disappointing service provided by the staff.

This Hotel have a good location, near to city famous point like Calle Florida and Porto Madero. The restaurant ( the smaller) was very nice, with good and well elaborated foods. Of course, it price was more expensive.

The door man not help you to hail a taxi. You need do by yourself.

The Club Floor benefits were poor. The rooms are the same as non-Club Floors.There were no computers with internet facilities on the club floor restaurant and no coffee tea making facilities in the room. The Club Floor restaurant closes at 9pm and when I arrived hotel at 11.30pm, the only way to get a hot cup of tea was to order room service. This after paying us$50 more per night! I think it is better value to stay in a non-Club Floor room.

Charming old hotel, EXCELLENT breakfast. Great choice for vacation.

This place was incredibly comfortable, I loved it, especially the view of the garden, and being so close to Peatonal Florida was fantastic.

The restaurant is superb, with excellent service. Room service food is very good. Strategic location close to government, historical, and central places of interest. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Check-in is straightforward with no additional charge for early arrival.
