The amenities offered were pretty good, with nice duvets, spacious shower, and free internet. Another aspect which was great was the location, since it was close to the subway station and the National Library. The breakfast was also delicious, with a good combination of Chinese and Western food.
The staff had poor communication skills, which made it difficult to communicate and get things done. there was not much information in English, which was frustrating at times.

Great shower and free internet in the room! The breakfast buffet was also reasonably priced and had a good variety of options, including coffee, eggs, and stir-fried vegetables. The hotel is situated in a central location, near a subway station, which makes getting around the city easy.
The rooms are tired and not well-maintained. The carpets were dirty and the air conditioning was not very effective, making sleeping uncomfortable.
