We had a very friendly staff at Shelton who allowed us to check in early. However, the room was dirty and lacked sound isolation, causing us to hear all the noises from outside. We were expecting a double room with 2 single beds but received only a double bed. They couldn't provide an extra blanket or towel either. The breakfast area was strange, open to the elements with no walls, making it uncomfortable to eat. our experience at Shelton was not pleasant.

The location is not too bad. 20 minutes' walk to Piccadilly Line Service, 7 minutes' walk to London Overground Station.
Facilities too bad. Toilet lid is not completely fixed; shower room is a bit rusty. Staff may not be enough, so they are always busy and you always have to wait and wait - wait to check in, wait to have a OK breakfast, and even wait to check out.
