  Location is a big plus, the Rare Grill right in the hotel makes a fantastic burger and exterior of the building and lobby are lovely. The staff is that good and the waitresses are very friendly and helpful.

  And the bathroom is seriously bad and the bar/restaurant is crowded and noisy.

  Good location and wonderful Stay. Front of house staff were courteous, the lobby, lounge was great, the bartenders at Rare were friendly and all other services were excellent too. The room was gorgeous and kitchenette was a huge bonus.

  The beds were comfortable and the views, the area around the hotel was quiet, safe and clean, the staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean, elegant and the bathrooms and kitchens were spotless and cleaned everyday. The food and service was excellent.

  The location, service and bar was great, overall, the hotel was perfect for we needed, the room was clean and had a nice view of the Chrysler building. The staff were always helpful and the bed was extremly comfortable.

  Best hotel in nyc and great rate $200/night booked through Booked. Friendly lobby staff and service was very good. The bathroom was also spectacular and food in The Rare Bar was excellent.

  On arrival, the hotel looks really nice and great service. The room was huge and the bar downstairs was great, very cosy staff were friendly. The food was very good and the waiters very helpful.

  All the staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a fantastic stay, to my suprise rooms were a clean and spacious, the Bar and Restaurant were convenient and the food was good.

  The room was clean and very spacious for a ny hotel room, the staff were friendly and attentive, bed was excellent you need after a day of walking around New York. The restaurant on the ground floor had really good food.
