The hotel is ideally located on the southern tip of Sharm El Sheikh overlooking the clear blue waters of the Red sea.

The hotel has its own private beach which is in stepped terraces leading to the waters edge. The colourful coral reefs offer some of the finest snorkelling to be found in the area. There is a floating pontoon leading to the water.

There are seven (most of them heated in winter) fresh water Swimming pools and one separate shaded child pool located near the main pool. The second pool has a small children’s section with a beach type entrance and the third is having a non-slippery entrance with a bridge in the middle. The rest of swimming pools with slides where most of the family have a great time around it. The last swimming pool with a beach type entrance designed as natural beach.

It has well tended colourful gardens.

The hotels animation team provides a daily entertainment programme. Sports activities include: two tennis courts, table tennis, water gymnastics, water polo and gym. Diving Centre offers diving courses and packages for beginners and experienced divers alike.

Also there is a mini market, barbershop, souvenir shop, bookshop, photographer, jewellery, crystal shop, car rental, tattoo, sand bottles and an exchange bank, ATM machine.

Morning Snack is from 11am till noon and includes croissants & Danish, filter coffee, tea and soft drinks.

Lunch is served in the Italian restaurant terrace from noon till 3pm. Lunch Buffet is served in Mahfouz & El Mattam Main Restaurants from 12.30pm to 3pm.
