  The location is great and laid out to maximise the use of the wide sea frontage. I belive is the best hotel i ever stayed in Penang so far, good spread of services and importantly able to extend check-out time. New the room is and the staff are so friendly around the bar.

  You might be easily waken up by the prayers at the mosque nearby you are a light sleeper, would have liked herbal tea at the breakfast buffet and pool is dirty.

  Location is fantastic, just in front of beach and the hotel provides a wide range of activities. Sigis - prices in Penang are very reasonable and great service from checking to check out. The room is comfortable and the buffet breakfast one of the best I have encountered. Local Night Markets are very good, the facilities are excellent for kids.

  Good location and especially the clean beach. Restaurant near the hotel, the price paid and the staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. The room that was shown to us was marginally better and pillows were really comfortable.

  The ocean facing rooms are lovely, location is good and there are plenty of reasonable eating places right outside the hotel. The staff is great, the air conditioning working well and food is incredibly cheap. The landscaping around the pools is nice & comfortable.

  The beach outside is great for watersports such as banana boating and location is good. I think the best abt the hotel is the food, staff are polite and helpful, they have many ajoining rooms is important for us as we are a family of 5. The buffet breafast is fantastic and malaysia is cheap compared to Singapore. The pools are lovely.

  Romantic vicinity and good location. Great hotel for kids, the prices here were quite high and the staff was unfailingly courteous. The best thing about the room was the bed - was huge and food at Sigi's Cafe was also very presentable and delicious.

  The view was nice, the activities organised for the kids on the night of our stay were a pleasant surprise to us and the staff were fantastic. Our room was lovely and breakfast was great. The seafood that I had for dinner was very fresh and check-out were both quick and efficient.

  Great location for water sports and good value. Nice lobby and the staff were friendly. The air conditioning system was quiet and efficient, the breakfast was also excellent.

  There are many shops, the hotel location is great and staffs are very helpful and friendly. Also rooms are comfortable enough and the breakfast buffet is wonderful. The pool is nice.

  Convenient public transport to airport and nor is employee makes sure our stay was great. Staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. The food is fantastic.
