Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Ok gym, not for serious weightlifters. Upgraded to a nice room with a great view. Centrally located, close to shopping malls and tourist spots. Satisfying and value for money.

The hotel of choice in Ningbo. Breakfast was nice with lots of options in the club. Liked a free minibar, flat-screen TV and a writing desk in the room.

We got the executive room and it was good sized. There is restaurant Shang Palace at the premises.

The Horizon Club Floor Room offered breathtaking views and a luxurious, spacious ambiance. The Horizon Club Lounge, with its wide selection of delicious food options, stood out as one of the best I've experienced in any Shangri-La Hotel. The staff, led by Mr. Artur Ananyev, including Claire Gu and Katrina, truly exemplified great service leadership, ensuring that I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The hotel's proximity to popular tourist attractions, such as the Tianyi Pavilion and Tianyi Square, made it even more convenient. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel for a truly enjoyable and comfortable experience.

Spacious room with a lockable door separating the bedroom and suite area. Lovely meal at the steakhouse with ice-cold Veuve in ice-cold flutes. Stunning view at night from the Horizon Club. Attentive and friendly staff made it a memorable experience. Plentiful and varied food options. Good location close to the Bund, train station, and downtown area. Good value for this class of hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers breathtaking views of the rivers and is near major tourist spots, like the Tianyi Pavilion and square. The Lobster restaurant serves excellent food. Spacious rooms with tasteful décor, good quality bed and sheets can be seen here. The breakfast options are varied with local specialties. The Club Floor lounge provides good ambiance for breakfast.

The parking area is quite confusing and lacks space.
