From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Our deluxe pool villa was spacious and private, with direct access to the beach. The hotel facilities were extensive, including a surprisingly challenging 9 hole golf course. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff at all the restaurants were attentive and accommodating.

the staff were friendly but their problem solving skills need more work

as five stars hotels you would expect at lest a clean room and bed which they weren't able to provide and the villas was full of lizards unless you are love lizards i would stay clear of this one

We had a memorable experience here. The hotel facilities were outstanding, and transportation was readily available. The location was excellent, with access to three on-site restaurants and the only golf course on the island. The cleanliness of the resort was up to the mark, and the staff was extremely helpful in organizing various activities. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices.

The nature, beaches, water sports, snorkeling, privacy, private swimming pool, friendly stuff, cycling, breakfast food variety, parashooting ... Etc.

Everything was perfect except that we could't book for the spa, it was fully booked for 3 days.!!! I suggest to increase the number of therapists. There is no buffet at the dinner.

Bikes provided to explore the island. Extensive facilities. Healthy food options for children. Cannot wait to return.

-location of the hotel was Little bit far and should use a domestic flight -the lounge of the hotel as shangri la's 5 star was poor -i don't know why there was extra bed tax and services tax other than i payed it for the whole nights. - little bit expensive resturant's

Perfect full board package, exceeded expectations. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Staff and chef prepared custom food. Friendly staff, breathtaking views, reasonable prices. Helpful butler provided perfect plans. Amazing breakfast buffet. Memorable honeymoon amenities. Fun watersport activities. Kids zone and babysitters were great.

I liked everything about this hotel from the moment they picked us up from the airport untill we traveled back home. Such as: they picked us from the airport and we satyed at their lounge and they did the check in for us we booked the pool villa and it was breath taking as muslims we really neaded our privecy and they really helped us

The only thing I disliked about the hotel is the high prices but I guss its the same with all 5 stars hotels in maldives

- the welcoming and reception of the hotel staffs was amaaaaaaaaazing they are all lovely and always keeping smile (really thanks). -the hotel facilities were very very luxury (its unbelieveable) - the most thing that i like it the privicity of room & the room swimming pool.

- the price of the room is almost expencive (but for the provided services its accetable). -you can say its far from the Male airport ( but its good because you will stay far away from the noise)
