The swimmimg area is beautiful and near Orchard Road + taxi ride away from CBD.
Views from the bar were great, the food we had at the hotel was all excellent and the staff in the Horizon Club were very attentive and friendly.
The cocktail bar was amazing and restaurants were superb.

We booked the shangri la based mainly on the consistently good feedback on this site, very nice hotel and very well trained and friendly personnel. Room service was very quick, the lunch time buffet at Rose Veranda Cafe was also really great.
