Relatively quiet area, great hotel and the prices are very high.

The location is great, the hotel is huge and their service there is excellent.

The location was perfect and the hotel property was the usual very nice Shangri-La 5* style.

The central location was a plus and the hotel room was clean and modern.

Wonderful location and just south of the Imperial Hotel near Connaught Place.

The free airport transfers was fine and the hotel had given us a lovely chocolate plate as welcome amenity.

The hotel provides free drinking water, provides a large variety of services and the rooms were great.

Awesome place, superb service and our standard room was comfortable and luxurious.

Friendly hotel, attentive reception and the room was very comfortable.

Service was great and the rooms were also amazing.

The room standards are great and the food is also better.

The best bedding, very nice bar and the breakfast everyday is good as well.

The garden area is a must to take a delicious breakfast and the lobby bar is an ideal place to kick back.

Also staff is courteous, the room is functional and food in both restaurants is really good.

Great views from the room of gov't buildings, accomodating staff and the concierge's knowledgeable advice.

Polite and freindly staff, the concierge desk was always very helpful, the airport pick-up was perfect so was check-in.

All public areas were superb - very cool and modern, my stay was very enjoyable, the service throughout was excellent.

The public areas are very clean, the hotEl is well located for any sightseeing and door staff are all very efficient.

The pool area was nicely done not a bit noisy and the lobby to the hotel was lovely.

The spa is average tho the fitness centre has good equipment, away the best hotel I have ever stayed in and the staff are so helpful.

Large spacious room, good food and pool clean - spa facilities fab.

The suites were clean and spacious, the walk-in robe was a great addition.

Room was clean and comfortable, the restaurants were fantastic.

Moreover the staff are wonderful and bathrooms are clean and modern.

A great location and beautiful stay. Very cheap compared to UK prices of similar standard and gorgeous Lobby. Polite and freindly staff, the concierge desk was always very helpful, the airport pick-up was perfect so was check-in. The room was pleasant and food was excellent in the main restaurant.

The location was perfect and the hotel property was the usual very nice Shangri-La 5* style. Moreover the lobby area was cool, front desk personelle were so polite and friendly, the check-in process was great. Room was clean and comfortable, the restaurants were fantastic. Choice was really good and the spa was also impressive.

Relatively quiet area, great hotel and the prices are very high. The lobby bar is very nice and first: the staff here are very freindly. Rooms are good and the food in the restaurants is amazing. The waiter suggested i try fresh lime soda and employees are very friendly and helpfull.

Its location is good and the hotel is beautiful. Moreover the staff are wonderful and bathrooms are clean and modern. Restaurants can be nice and the Spa in Hilton is far better than Shangri-La.

The free airport transfers was fine and the hotel had given us a lovely chocolate plate as welcome amenity. Service was great and the rooms were also amazing. Breakfast was good.

The coffee shop is the best I have eaten at and allthough the hotel is located in the centre of Delhi is quiet. Service is good, snacks all day from the exclusive club room and food prices are high by Indian standards. Spa is excellent.

The view from room was fantastic, the Shangri-La Hotel provided a stylish and the staff was extremely courteous and professional. The suites were clean and spacious, the walk-in robe was a great addition. Breakfast was good, the spa was fine.

The view of Parliament from my room was amazing, my overall stay was excellent and the staff was always prompt and efficient. Internet access was also strong and restaurant was great.
