That the hotel prices are reasonable and the bathroom is beautifully appointed — gorgeous really.

Good location and helpful, comfortable hotel, amazing price.

This hotel recently opened and the grounds are lovely, the rooms are very nice but they are asking way too much money for what they deliver.

The location is ideal you are able to walk to most of Chiang Mai's attractions, luxuries hotel people are excellent they tried to please us by all means and the staff is very nice.

Dining areas are all very nice and location of the Hotel is excellent.

The Shangri-la's location is perfect and the hotel is great.

The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, comfortable and the water is warm almost all year, the gym is big.

Our stay at the Shangri La in Chiang Mai was wonderful, all the staff were really helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The food is high quality and the rooms are as expected for this superb chain-clean.

    Good location and helpful, comfortable hotel, amazing price. The Shangri-la Chiang Mai has all the trappings of 5-star luxury: gorgeous lobby, prompt service and the concierge was all very nice. The rooms were spacious and the bar was friendly. The breakfasts were excellent, check-in was fast and flawless, the swimming pool was superb.

    Dining areas are all very nice and location of the Hotel is excellent. In addition the room is nicely decorated in the typical thai style and staff is very helpful. Internet is good and the breakfasts are wonderful. The pool is perfect.

    The staff in all areas could have not been more pleasant or helpful, chiang Mai is excellent in all ways and the Chi Spa is beautiful we didn't get to try its spa services. Rooms are nice and the buffets are a great value. The swimming pool is exceptionally large.

    Snacks all day in a private lounge overlooking the city, all the smaller hotels provide free of charge and the service at the pool is equally good. Rooms are well, excellent facility in general.
