A kettle, central heating, and an iron with ironing board in the room and the very clean bed. Excellent customer care.

The room was well decorated with a very clean bed and a shower and bath sheets in the bathroom.

The family king room was neat and modern, perfect for my needs. I got delicious breakfasts with beautiful thick bacon, potato bread plus yoghurts. This accommodation had a very central setting to all entertainment. The stuff was amiable and incredibly nice and gave me recommendations.

The hotel rooms were freshly decorated and spotless with tea/coffee facilities, beds for all plus 2 toilets.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would definitely go again. The personal was really helpful and very hospitable.

The room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the complimentary toiletries and refreshments provided. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the shops and activities. I also liked that the staff were friendly and helpful, even arranging a taxi for us when we needed it.

It was quite small and cramped, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. the parking situation was not ideal.

The place was clean with a modern design and friendly and amazingly nice staff. The service was excellent, and the rooms were perfect with an amazing breakfast.

Had a fantastic stay at Shananagens Guesthouse! From the moment we arrived, we felt like family. The room was beautifully clean with added touches like chocolates and toiletries. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we had the best night's sleep. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the piers. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the portions were generous. Sarah went above and beyond, even moving her car to ensure we had parking. I highly recommend this guesthouse for a wonderful stay in Blackpool.

Great location, walking distance from the beach and popular attractions. Friendly hosts who provided excellent breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms with lovely extra touches like complimentary sweets and water bottles.

Parking was difficult and not as easily accessible as advertised. Rooms showed some lack of upkeep and could do with some minor repairs and renovations to give them a fresher look.

We had a warm welcome upon arrival and the owners were friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the location of the guesthouse was excellent, situated in a convenient area with easy access to the main attractions.

The rooms were in need of some refurbishment and decoration. Our room had a few issues, such as holes in the wall and a sliding toilet door that was not fitted properly.

Was an excellent base for weekend. The breakfast had plenty of amazing food and drinks. Overall it was nicely furnished and freshly decorated for the 2 adults children & our granddaughter.

Fabulous hotel, the stay was lovely, magnificent location near the football stadium. Amiable and polite stuff with smiles. Great way to end our weekend.
