Upgrade the staff and this hotel might be worth the money spent.
Good location next to Turia gardens and the hotel was fabulous.
Professional and a convenient location right next to the old river course, the hotel is absolutely fabulous.
The location is close to the old city, all in all a good comfortable stay dont expect top notch 5* standards.
Good location for Valencia city break, the hotel is very large by comparison to most in the area and facilities are excellent.
to bus and sH Valencia Palace is a beautiful hotel located in the centre of city.
