The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, surrounded by acres of beautiful orange groves. The design and style of the hotel were modern and unique, which added to its charm. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The hotel also had a fantastic pool area with well-maintained lawns and comfortable loungers, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun.

The service at the hotel was a major disappointment. The staff seemed untrained and lacking in professionalism, which detracted from the overall experience.

The design of the room was good. The pool area was also nice and we enjoyed the Turkish bath.

The food on site was ridiculously expensive and considering the reputation of the restaurant it was not particularly fantastic and there wasn't a lot of choice. On the day we spent by the pool the grass was being cur nearly all day which brought all the flies out. My boyfriend and I ended up leaving the pool area after about half an hour as we were constantly being attacked. Also not to massive extent but I did not think the finishing of the rooms was up to scratch considering the clasification of the hotel. For example in our room the wall had an area where it had not been plastered properly and then just painted over. And the hair dryer attachment were not for the hairdryer that was in the room.

We loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, hidden away in a beautiful and quiet area. The surroundings were stunning, providing a peaceful atmosphere that was truly refreshing. We enjoyed spending time on the terrace, sipping our morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking views.
