I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, being close to several other great dining places in the St. Louis area. It was also conveniently located near the airport and a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a well-appointed bathroom. I was impressed by the cleanliness and tasteful furnishings throughout the hotel. The staff were professional and efficient, and Kevin in particular was incredibly helpful and nice. The hotel also had a lovely garden area, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.

I did encounter a minor inconvenience when I arrived for breakfast just a few minutes before it was officially over, and was told that it had ended. However, this small issue did not detract from the overall positive experience I had at this hotel.

Our stay here was good, ideal place for exploring Saint Louis.

The hotel had a good breakfast and friendly staff. The location was great as it was close to many restaurants and shops. the hotel provided complimentary items that were nice.

The room lacked basic amenities such as a dresser and mini fridge. The bathroom had a few issues with a continually running motor and a non-working TV embedded in the mirror.

Great location near shops and restaurants. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Tasty breakfast.

This hotel was a great choice for my business trip. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The room was well-appointed and clean, with a spacious and beautifully done bathroom. Plus, the location was convenient and close to key attractions and restaurants. I especially enjoyed the open-air area which was a great spot to relax after a long day of work.

The valet parking service was unprofessional. I noticed a young parking attendant became visibly upset when we didn't tip him for parking our car, and as a result, our car was covered in dirt, leaves, and even had a scratch on the door.

Charming, friendly staff, comfy beds, tasty breakfast with fresh fruit, cookies in the afternoon, valet parking available.

Don't have any issues at all.
