      A 12€ hamburger is a bit much for even this type of hotel, and for that price, one can expect it to be hot.

      The rooms are well above European standards as they are very large, with a flat screen TV (movie channel in English most of the time) and a great bathroom.

      Much space for clothes, and much space for almost anything (3mt from the wall to the bed in every direction at least).

      The rooms are huge, the toilets also very big and everything is very clean.

      The room we were in was big, and very modern (cisco IP telephone, flatscreen on the wall).

      Every room has a sea view and the noise from outside is minimal if non-existent.

      I only used the restaurant for breakfast, but it was very good.

      Try the local restaurants in the back streets and local wines etc.

      And you can have breakfast overviewing the sea, which is a great way to start your day.

      Sadly, the people from the bar have to get their act together.

      Even after a 35-minute wait before the 7 dishes of our group were ready.

      The staff is always courteous and the food, even though it is very expensive, has always been great.

      Although the service around the pool left a little bad taste in our mouths as did the cost of food and drinks at the hotel.

      Even when we needed something more (like a special phone for a group conference call), the staff was very willing to help us.

      Staff is very fluent in English and French.

      Sesimbra, in the summer, is always busy and with nearly no decent parking at the Sana Park down the road, the Hotel and Spa is the best bet for a great location, new hotel with plenty of parking.

      I also used the spa facilities, which were great (if you want a massage I advise you to book early), specially the sauna, I loved it!

      The beach was fantastic and the pool was amazing apart from alot of the tiles coming away in the deep end.

      I have always had an exceptionally clean room as well.

        Location is very good, the hotel is very nice and the staff is always courteous. The rooms are huge, the breakfast is fine and german is very well spoken here.

        Excellent situation, located near the ocean and the place is close to lots of good restaurants. The personnel are all very nice and friendly, the balconies are perfect for rest. German is very well spoken here.

        Location is excellent as Sesimbra is a village and the staff is friendly. The rooms are huge and parking facilities are good.

        The beach was fantastic and i thought the hotel was too expensive and inflexible. The staff was very willing to help us and room was large and comfortable. The facilities in the spa were brilliant also.
