  Excellent location right on the beach, the roads are big and relatively quiet and safe to drive on, the Serrano Palace is very clean. The staff are warm and friendly, as were the other guests, and yes the bathrooms do look as good as in the pics. The lunch menu is adequate, the kids loved the pool and would swim all day long.

  Nice pool area, beach across road was beautiful and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Our room was fantastic, breakfast buffet was superb and the heavy German influence was there as well.

  A great spa area gym and beach acroos the road very nice. I obtained excellent value and friendly staff. Bathroom is the best, the restaurant is very good and all the facilities are spotlessly clean.

  The rooms were large and comfortable and the location was superb, very nice beach and lifeguards also provided there. This year the hotel has just got better than ever, staff were very helpful and the beds were fabulous. Food was good nothing special considering its supposed to be 5.

  The location, ambience and staff are superb, good value 5 star hotel. The air conditioning helps to make a very comfortable environment, the food is very nice and the people are really friendly in here.

  The pool and garden area are nice and taken care of, the hotel itself is pleasant, the staff are very good and really look after you. The rooms are large and well appointed, excellent cuisine can not wait to.

  Great location, good food, excellent customer service, superb hotel and most of the staff very freindly. The rooms were beautiful and noahs Bar and Pasta Pasta on the promenade stretch was the best bars/restaurants.
