The room was decent, had a TV and AC, which worked fine. There was a coffee maker and an ironing board, which was useful. The hotel was located near a busy area with lots of shops and restaurants and was walking distance from the tourist attractions. The beach was quite close, and we enjoyed spending our time there.
The hotel staff was not very friendly nor helpful. They didn't seem to care much about their guests, and we were often ignored or given incorrect information when we asked for help.

food not so good certainly not 5* hotel standard. an airport shuttle could be advertised/organised-its a 1 hour E90 cab ride otherwise in each direction.

From the moment I arrived, I knew this hotel was going to be a luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities were impressive, from the Spa & wellness center to the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and Turkish bath. The rooftop pool and sun terrace provided stunning views of the surrounding area. The location was perfect, with beach access and the seasonal outdoor pool. The private facilities in the room were exceptional, with an in-room breakfast and a snack bar with delicious food.
The only minor issue I experienced during my stay at this hotel was the limited entertainment options. While the leisure/TV room was nice, there could have been more entertainment options for guests.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was superb. Location good, just far enough away from the loud bars but close enough to walk to restaurants etc.
Air conditioning not very efficient but were provided with fans as an additional which were much appreciated.

We loved staying at this hotel! Best aspects included the incredible location, directly opposite a lovely sandy beach. We could walk over to the beach in under a minute and it was a great spot to spend the day. The breakfast was also fantastic, offering a great variety of choices and live cooking too. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with easy parking available.
Worst aspects? Not one thing.

The hotel had decent sized rooms and comfortable beds. The location was good, close to the beach and some nice restaurants. It was also easy to get around the city thanks to the good public transport connections.
The hotel fell short on the promise of a 4-star experience. The breakfast was limited and poor quality with no hot options.

We spent 3 hours on the coach to get here but boy was it worth it! The hotel's location is really close to a lovely beach. The room and bathroom were super clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the pool and the nearby harbour full of fantastic eateries.
The nightlife in the surrounding areas was lacking, but we didn't mind that much as we were happy to have a peaceful break.
