The location is excellent, the Hotel is lovely and clean, the staff are very nice and polite.

We booked via Easyjet and a taxi to/from the airport only cost €15 and took 15 minutes.

Would'nt reommend the local city beach as it gets very crowed with locals, take a trip out on the tram to San Juan beach stops in Costa Bravo excellent here beautifull beach and mostly quiet.

However the room was nice very clean and done out to a good standard,great AC,power shower,and queen size bed.

The only difference between a suite and a standard is suites have double beds standards dont with two singles you have to push together.

Original room was an up-graded room, but the bed was a king size - we asked for twins - and although the room was fab.

Facilities in room included 2 bathroom sinks, massive balcony with luxury sun loungers, LCD TV, leather sofa, dining table, free safe, tolietries!

They offered us a room on the first floor with view but then in the same breath offered us an uprade to a suite for an extra 25 euros a night.

The bar/sea view from bar/breakfast area spectacular, style offside the typical large hotel chains and a PC in the lobby for free checking of websites or emails.

We booked 1/2 board, and for all nights bar one this was held in the restaurant.

The room was clean, drinks at the bar were reasonable and the breakfast was average typically continental.

The cafe/bar service was good, the breakfasts were lovely and in all the spa porta maris was Fine.

Moreover this hotel was AMAZING, reception lobby was modern and fresh, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic views, very good value also and the front desk staff were very friendly.

Reception staff speak good English and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

The Spa is a joke, we could not get near the indoor pool (which is probably only suitable for kids and you have to wear a swimming hat at all times) or even on the tiny tiny tiny sun terrace.

Attached spa centre has a nice indoor pool and hotel would be pushing a 3* at best.

According to the website, this only covers the swimming pool and solarium, but if you ask at the hotel reception then they will give you a ticket for the gym if you prefer.

The room was clean and breakfast was good.

Furthermore the hotel was so modern, staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.

Staff speak good English and rooms are big and clean.

The hotel was nice, clean, had good room service ( cleaning is quick and efficient) and provided a very entensive and tasteful breakfast.

Furthermore staff is polite and helpful, the rooms are very modern and clean, the buffet breakfast is very nice.
