I would definately stay in this hotel again as its a great location and good value for money in Barcelona where many hotels are overpriced and not great.
We found the hotel to be great value for money and would definitely recommend it.
All in all, this hotel was great value for money and would stay here again.
We were upgraded to a suite, there are only 3 in the hotel, unsure why seems we had paid such a low price - guess we just got lucky!

The hotel has a pleasant restaurant, with good quality European cuisine and provides a very comprehensive buffet style breakfast.
Try the little restaurant just off to the left in the alley, can't remember what it's called, began with a c, few tables outside & lovely inside, food great, if not a little nouvelle cuisine (small portions)!
I didn't actually visit the restaurant, but the food I had sent up on several occasions would barely have been acceptable in a bar (pub grub).
The buffet breakfast was great with a good choice and clean restaurant.

There is a swimmimg pool and gym on the roof top terrace with lots of space for sun bathing.
Even the swimming pool (small but well done) and the gym (also small but 4 good machines) had their uses on occasion.
Pool is small as is the gym - one cardio machine of each type!
There was also wireless internet available, but this appeared to be chargeable.
The place was clean and tidy, the staff were very helpful and most importantly the rooms were great.
