The employees at the hotel were polite. I had lovely food for breakfast at 9:20am.

All in all everything was good, had a nice stay on the final night of our stay. The room was modern with very comfortable beds with a very comfy bed. Easy access to Sandakan airport, which was about 23 minutes' drive away.

The breakfast is fine with plenty of dishes. The location is perfect and handy, it's next to buses and planning a trip to the Kinabatangan River as well as lots of jungle trails.

Exceeded my expectations, I would love to stay here again. It's clean very good budget hotel with very amiable staff and an ideal location. The restaurant is pretty good for lunch at the Sepilok cafeteria and well priced.

Hotel as a whole is great relaxing and unique, I really enjoyed it.
The location is very central. 18 minutes drive to the airport, it is located on a wooden bridge to the restaurant or the the rooms. The staff in general is really good and fairly friendly.

We had superior twin room with balcony. This was a wonderful relaxing and unique hotel with a very central location close to Sepilok orangutan sanctuary.

It was as expected, had a fairly nice stay on the final night of our stay. The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a fairly nice area, near to the sanctuary, the onsite restaurant and lots of jungle trails. The food in the restaurant was nice.

The hotel provided excellent prices. Comfortable bed, room was great value, with climate control and a kettle. The location was peaceful, at a moderate distance from Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre. Liked their poolside bar.

This was a perfect and exceptionally nice location very close to Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre and Sun Bear Centre, the orang utan and sun bear sanctuary and the restaurant in the evenings. The room of place was great value for money with balcony.
