Had good stay with the good customer service of Sentral Hotel JB. I booked family king room with the view of CIQ as well as rain shower bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and great for much better food somewhere else, and the pool was nice. I truly enjoyed the stay.

This hotel is popular and peaceful, has really good employees when assisting to the guest. The breakfast meal was delicious and great with local n continental, boiling egg and also much better food somewhere else. Greatly enjoyed the way our good sized family room with a big comfy bed was arranged.

Hotel Sentral is a lovely hotel with great access to the city. We had a wonderful stay, and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful, and we especially appreciated their prompt response to fix the faulty hair dryer. Despite the elevator being a bit slow, we had an overall pleasant experience. Recommended.
