We really liked the very extensive grounds, all the staff and the fact that the buffet was different each night. The bar-b-cue night was a big success. Yours is the only hotel where we have stayed where there are enough lawn chairs for everyone. What a treat!
It was annoying for us and petty on your part to have a charge for pizza and ice cream. Instead, give out a coupon so that everyone could have one visit to the a la carte restaurant included with their room ( and pay for a second one) and include ice cream and pizza at the snack bar for free but limit the number of scoops or pizzas to one per holiday, if you feel that it will abused.

Very relaxing. Friendly staff. Excellent beach. Food presentation in dining area.
Lack of water sports/activities included in package. There was only one alternate restaurant and it was expensive.

location was gorgeous...nice to have some variety (Neptune Village next door); entertainment and daily activities were great to keep you active and interested; facilities were well-kept, clean, beautiful grounds; staff helpful, gracious and friendly
food was starch-heavy and a bit bland; decor in rooms and restaurants dated; "seaview" room had just a glimpse of the sea...NOT worth the extra money; no internet/computer station if you did not bring your own laptop
