We had an incredible stay at Residence & Conference Centre. The price was amazing and the room was sufficient for our needs. The location, although remote, was adequate for our purpose. The highlight of our stay was the extraordinary complimentary hot buffet breakfast, which exceeded all expectations. With its variety of fresh fruits, different types of milk, honey, jams. Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the difficult-to-comprehend TV and the lack of phone for a wake-up call, we understood that it was a student residence. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Filthy rooms, dirty carpet. There was blood on the comforter. We asked them to change the beddings because of the blood stain and we were told they did not have anymore, awful experience.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and the nearby highway 404. The room I stayed in was comfortable and well-maintained, with a cozy bed and clean bathroom. The staff were attentive to my needs and provided excellent service. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast before heading out to explore the city. The hotel also had a game room where I had a fun time playing ping-pong and billiards. it was a pleasant stay with various facilities and advantages.
The bed linen in one of the rooms had a strong smell, but the issue was promptly addressed and resolved.

A lot of space in the room, very clean. Friendly personnel. Very good continental breakfast. We've stayed in the hotel for a week and never we noticed any shortage in food during breakfast. Even though we came before kitchen closes. Very good location of the hotel, though it took like 5 mins walk to the bus station. 5 mins by bus to the Don Miss Subway Station, and 15 mins to the Fincch Subway Station. Very quiet area. We were very pleased with the hotel!
The price could be a little lower.

For the price, Residence & Conference Centre - Toronto offered great value with its spacious two-room suite, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchenette. The view of the soccer field was an added bonus, and the cold air conditioning kept us cool during our stay. The staff was also helpful in modifying our reservation to fit our needs.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, particularly in ensuring that supplies like honey, milk, and fruits are replenished regularly.

The setting of hotel was comfortable, to subway station. And it was also near to an onsite shop and the expressway and downtown and elsewhere.

Possibly the best and fine stay for the price.

Comforter thin, like student dorm. Misinformed about hotel. No refund. Low price for separate rooms. Kitchenette, A/C, store on site. Fair parking fee. Fresh fruit, tea, coffee available. Easy public transit access. Clean room.
