This hotel was a pleasant surprise. the location was perfect and very accessible to the town of Vic - within walking distance to the big square and the "real" city. Secondly, the staff at this hotel was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Thirdly, the rooms were basic but spacious with a comfortable bed and a good-sized bathroom with an efficient shower. Lastly, the breakfast spread offered a good selection of fruit, yogurts, cereals, breads, and cold cuts and cheeses. this hotel provided great value for money.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic.

Spent Xmas in a place that had a rich history, modern and clean rooms, and excellent breakfast. It was amazing to experience the old building being renovated and turned into comfortable accommodation. The city center was only a short walk away, as well as beautiful views of surrounding hills. One of the best things was the staff who were professional and helpful.

The signage could have been improved to help with wayfinding, and parking could be challenging. The noise levels were a bit high due to the many activities organized for kids during the holiday period.
