The location is marvellous, relatively close to Infantry Regiment. It is in a fairly nice area and close to a railway station. The staff are amicable, managed the parking on site.

The studio is brand-new with a kitchen.

Good experience there. Well priced hotel in a particularly good and excellent location to restaurants take away. Decent sized and neat rooms with a kitchen. Paid £ 45. Friendly staff of the venue. Location short walk to the car rental, the centre and the railway station.

Best aspects of our stay were the convenient location near the train station and the cleanliness of the room. The proximity to the train station made it easy for us to explore the city and travel to nearby attractions. The room itself was spotless and the bed linen was crisp and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. we appreciated the small kitchen area in the room, which allowed us to prepare simple meals during our stay.

The lack of hospitality and poor customer service. The check-in process was confusing and the late notification about required "documentation" caused unnecessary stress.

We liked the layout of the appartment and the great value it was; checking in on Sunday when the office was closed was no problem. They had emailed access code and instructions (in both French and English) and it all worked out fine. We liked the option of buying food from the machine near reception and having a microwave in which to heat it up too.

The electric cable for A/C was cut off. It was 37 degrees outside and we had to stay in the 'oven' for the entire night.

Several bus stops outside, perfect for escaping this nightmare of a hotel. Guests enjoy free access to a fitness room and there's free WiFi. Perfect place for business, if you don't mind the pigeon-hole vibe.

Hotel's charm is comparable to a prison or psychiatric hospital.

The peaceful and great location is just a short walk away from a night club.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to the old town and within walking distance. The secure on-site parking was a definite advantage. Another positive aspect was the comfortable bed, which provided a good night's sleep.

The kitchen facilities were a bit shabby with odd crockery and utensils. A thorough clean would have been appreciated.

Staff were friendly and very helpful.Room was clean and fresh .The bed was very comfortable with a good matress, The hotel was very central close to both the train station and the airport with just a short walk to the city center .

The rooms have kitchenettes but no kettles ! it would have been useful to have one instead of boiling water in a saucepan.

It takes pets.

The whole place smelt of cigarettes. It appeared to be full of noisy students and ladies of the night who were equally loud . . There is no air conditioning and when you open the windows to get some fresh air the busy TGV line becomes apparent . The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The kitchen was very basic, no kettle, no coffee maker, no wine glasses, no cereal bowls, all nicked probably. Do not visit this hotel .

sejours & affaires in poitiers was a pleasant surprise. the spacious room and friendly staff made our overnight stay enjoyable. the location near the train station was convenient for our travels.

The room wasn´t cleaned, the cleaning kit wasn´t opened. We had booked for 2 persons but there was only 1 of each scampo, shower cream, soap, towels. In the shower were there old soap and old shower cream left. I´m not sure but I filled that there wasn´t changed sheets in the bed since the last guest.
