Nice food in the restaurant, savoury and very good breakfast with nice atmosphere and superb view from the terrasse, as for instance. The rooms with a balcony and lockers, for example.

We had a double room to ourselves with a mountain view, a balcony and a comfy bed. The staff was customer-facing and especially helpful. The hotel had a prime and best possible location close to Zeller See Beach. Set close to mountains and waterfalls, it was a plus.

It was located near a train station, it was very convenient.

The location was marvellous, for example, Ebenberg Ski Lift was not too far from the hotel. Near a train station, it was a real bonus. The staff were nice and welcoming in the entire venue. The guest room was compact, everything was great.

The breakfasts were tasty and the service was top-notch. I had double room that also was complete with the balcony and a glorious view and communal terrace. The staff were amazingly great.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and a couple of minutes walk from the town center with its good restaurants. The hotel offers a fantastic view of the lake and mountains, making it a picturesque setting. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with additional blankets, pillows, and amenities like a kettle. The staff provide excellent service and are hospitable, treating every guest individually.

The hotel allows smoking on the balconies, which can sometimes result in the smell of smoke reaching non-smoking guests.

Very central location was a plus. The restaurant here was good at the ground floor, we both ordered excellent dishes.

Magnificent location, just a short walk away from Schmittenhoehe Ski Resort.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The half board option including breakfast and evening meal was worth the money, the portions were generous and the food was lovely. They provided a nice cot and highchair for our little boy.

It would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom.

The location near city centre was great and stunning. Thanks to a train station found near the hotel, I could visit sightseeings. Had tasty and exceptionally good breakfasts for vegans.
