  Great selection in restaurants and room service, a wide variety of choices for breakfast and lunch, romantic dinners.

  The woman cleaned our room most of the trip was as good as gets, the best meal by far was the surf and turf dinner buffet, all pools were clean , cool and had great floaties to lie around on.

  Nice atmospheres, great service, tasty food and very friendly staff. A nice, clean, modern room, perfect afternoon snack and cheap Argentina wine is not good.

  We liked the Italian place and the Japanese grill the best, great service. Some free water activities and excellent food. Clean pool.

  Crowded area for entertainment and we never once encountered a rude employee.

  The hotel itself is a decent size and the beaches and pools are amazing, the entire staff is the best. The rooms are nice and comfortable.

  The whole entertainment staff were incredible, rooms were beautiful and andrew at the bar was always friendly and great. Food was just ok.

  The location is beautiful, the pools are gorgeous and just a few steps from the beach, the hotel is nice the staff were very friendly. Again, the customer service is awesome and many employees are exceptional. Also the beds are the kind you dive into and can't easily get out of, drinks are great.

  The pool area was very nice, james beach you can frequent was excellent and the hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. All buildings were very clean, service was pleasant and the residential manager was central to fixing all our little issues. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the piano bar also had great top shelf selection including Heineken. The bathtub was awesome and food was good.
