  The pool area was really nice and the hotel has clearly had better days in the past. The service was also fantastic, our room was absolutely beautiful and the staff were really lovely and the breakfasts were incredible. The day spa was wonderful too.

  Quiet, great Beach and lots of resturants and shops, fantastic Hotel, from the charming lobby to the bright, cheerful guest room. The service was excellent and the balcony was large and felt very private. The pools were lovely the gardens were lush.

  The breakfast was nothing special, you can't beat the fantastic view, the room was as clean as can be in such a tropical place and the lady on the front desk, Melanie, was great. The shower was in the bath and one of the best showers i have ever had, the service and the food were very good. Canapes between 5 and 6 every around the pool was lovely.

  My verandah spa room was spacious, light and and a beautiful view of the pool and garden, the staff were very helpful and polite.

  The cost was a bit expensive and the bathroom had a wooden sliding door that was off the hinges. Food was disgusting.

  The food is excellent and the dining area provides a great view of the Beach, the hotel is not your boring, staff the best we have experienced anywhere.

  The bathroom is dated, the tub is not clean, the restaurant service is disgusting.

  Nice goodies in room, fantastic food and much better choice and cheaper metres away. Complimentary cocktails and two very pleasant pools.

  Absolutely overpriced, bad value for the money and customer service is not up to scratch either.

  Location and restaurants very good, the Beach was also excellent and very clean, suprising, because for us the stay was perfect. The staff were fantastic and the rooms were modern, tasteful and very comfortable. And the jacuzzi spa was amazing, the fresh fruit was the most bruised I have ever seen and the New Year's Eve degustation dinner was the worst dining experience of my life.

  Location is perfect and scenic, the hotel is immaculate, and the grounds are simply gorgeous, your restaraunt prices should be alot cheaper for inhouse guests. All the staff are extremely helpful knowledgeable and the rooms are simple. The food is good and reasonably priced for palm cove.

  The public areas are fine, the service is personal and relaxed and has atmosphere and character, staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, breakfast is very simple you don't order continental and the facilities are clean and tranquil.
