        Perfect location excellent price and near beach. Good value for Santa Monica and gardens are beautiful all around the building. The rooms are big enough, the owners are friendly, attentive helpful.

        The location was perfect and the private walkway to the beach was excellent. This hotel was cheap, the price was AWESOME and the staff were friendly and approachable. Room was comfortable and warm, the food at Cora's Cafe next door was healthy and delicious, the owner was really nice and helpful.
