  Convenient location and just 15 mins of direct tram into the city. Moreover a pleasant stay, nice building and interesting classic exterior design. Good off street parkiing and helpfulness of staff - great to get an upgrade. The standard rooms are modern clean.

  The location was good, off street secure parking was excellent and the hotel itself was a nice mixture of heritage. I loved you had kept the old building as reception and apartment style room set up was very convenient for our party of 5. Staff was helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

  The location is great, only a tram ride away from St Kilda and very good access to CBD. The lack of a full shower screen means a wet bathroom floor.

  The staff is not very careful, as we sat down to eat our meals I noticed stares coming over from men made me very uncomfortable.

  Good location, just short journeys by tram and great Belgian bar across road. New and beautiful hotel, loved the old heritage building, modern interior apartments. Easy walking distance to Albert Park lake, friendly staff and room exactly we needed comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was excellent.

  Good location near Lake area, very convenient for trams to the city/ St Kilda and you can even get free on street parking during weekend is a bonus - for a small fee you can park at the hotel. Loved you could close the bedroom off.

  Were able to provide help on everything from booking a taxi to the airport to trams to take sightseeing, we got a very good promotion on this hotel considering we booked at the very last minute and staff were friendly & very helpful. Room facilities were great.

  Good location and great communications - tram station right outside. My new regular spot to stay in Melbourne for sure, all the usual things are there like cable tv.

  Very good location - 5 minutes by foot from the airport shuttle drop off, great to have transport outside door of hotel and clean room at a fair price.
