Gorgeous and fairly clean place, everything was nice. Appreciated our large room with a comfortable bed and the industrial-style building. The staff was consistently courteous, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge.

It has a comfy and handy location very close to the beach and stores as well as restaurants and other places to eat. The hotel offers cheap and decent sized rooms with the double bed and a table and chairs and cable TV, I am very pleased about that.

It is in favourable and handy location to Fort Ord Golf Course, set not very far from the hotel. What's more, it's in a beach area just next door to markets, a shopping mall and Close to cannery row.

The hotel had a particularly good and handy location close to restaurants and shopping. The staff members were consistently courteous and superbly friendly. The room was a decent size and updated with 2 queen beds and cable TV, for instance.

They were accommodating by allowing us to check in early. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The location was convenient, with shops and food options within walking distance. Parking was not a problem. our stay exceeded our expectations and we would recommend it.

Easy to find, close to the stores and eateries, quiet location, clean. The room had a patio. Bathroom was nice.

Synthetic pillows and old blankets over the sheets (like in most of the motels) - I just didn't have good enough sleep. Food in the fridge froze. Office was suppose to open only at 8am, so we didn't get breakfast coffee (not a big loss anyway) because we left early.

The location was marvellous, for example, Eolian Dunes Preserve Park was at a short distance from the hotel. Set in beautiful area, an oceanarium and eateries were minutes from the property.

The staff at Seaside Inn Monterey were lovely, the rooms were clean and the grounds were nicely kept with lovely blooming roses. We were initially a little wary as the area seemed to be fairly industrial but it was perfectly safe, comfortable and quiet. Lots of tv channels, a supermarket within walking distance, microwave, mini fridge and good free wifi. We stayed for one night after driving Highway 1 as a stop over on the way to San Francisco. Highly recommend as a good value stop over point with easy access to Carmel & Big Sur and San Francisco.

As a group of youngsters on a budget, we were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this charming motel. The room was recently renovated and surprisingly nice for the low price. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, such as the Mission and Monarch butterfly sanctuary. Despite the meager breakfast, the comfortable room and excellent value made up for it. We particularly enjoyed the good television with a plethora of HD channels. The hotel's affordability and updated rooms were definite advantages.

The small registration area could be a bit claustrophobic when more than two people were present.

Quiet, cheap, clean and very good location, could resume this cool motel.

1. The location isn't in the best area, but it's close to a lot of the conveniences of Seaside, ethnic restaurants to coffeehouses to big chain store locations to the running/walk oath. 2. The bathroom was new and clean. The refrigerator was clean and cold 3. The Wifi worked well. 4. The manager was friendly and provided an extra blanket when requested.

1. The outside stairwell was dirty, 2. The hot water in the shower wasn't particularly hot. 3. The bedspread was old and one of the blankets had a burn mark. 3. The office wasn't open in the morning at 8 a.m. as stated.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The exterior was charming, with well-groomed grounds and ample lighting. Our room was clean and fully furnished like a studio, complete with a kitchenette, comfortable bed, and smart decor. The manager was friendly and helpful. The location was great, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Parking on-site was convenient.

Loved Seaside, the hotel was absolutely fantastic close to the beach. The room we stayed in was neat and new-fashioned with a table and chairs as well as microwave. The property's location was comfy, not far from restaurants and other places to eat and the alley and a shopping mall. The lunch in Five Guys only a short distance to the hotel had every choice imaginable.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Seaside Inn Monterey. We had booked a standard room, but to our delight, we were upgraded to a spacious suite. The room was clean and well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The location was convenient, close to the beach and stores. Despite a few minor issues like the climate control and parking, overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value and comfort.
