Seaport Marina Hotel Long Beach - 长滩

The location is great as you are on the Pacific Coast Highway at the intersection of 2nd Street which has dozens of shops and good restaurants and it is reasonably close to downtown.

Undoubtebly the best location and there's also a nice selection of restaurants across the street.

The location was great and seaport Marina was the best value for money.

There is much privacy and the location of the hotel is great.

Convenient location, great Place and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

The desk clerk seemed unconcerned and unimpressed when I mentioned it to her, but they were kind enough to deliver 12 extra towels to the room, which we used to lay walkways from the bathroom to beds and balcony.

About a week later, while watching late night TV, I noticed a black widow spider crawling on the second bed in the room.

On my second night in the room, I was turning down the bed and found a cockroach the size of a deck of cards.

After realizing I was serious she had some housekeeper pull towels from a vacant room (the same vacant rooms they'd denied having when they'd messed up our reservations).

The bed was very comfortable and the TV worked great.

The restaurant was recently closed, therefore no room service, to replace the pee water they call coffee, it is true restaurants abound in and around the hotel, many within walking distance.

I love it that the SeaPort Marina hotel is in the center of so many restaurants and movie theatres and places to shop.

There's also a nice selection of restaurants across the street.

They have balconies, a pool, and many restaurants nearby!

Wireless Internet access is an additional charge and is spotty at best and there is no breakfast.

We were greeted at the front desk by a sign that read, “We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Our oveall stay was quite wonderful the staff was very polite, the rate was high and the price was very low for such a pleasant service.

For what the prices are at the Seaport, the rooms are clean, the staff very helpful and the service fine.

On top of all that, there is an Enterprise Rent-a-Car in the lobby.

It's not like I'm going to be sleeping in the parking lot.

The desk clerk had no clue why a sign was up on the wall of the lobby claiming happy hour Mon - Fri.

Oh, I was also promised that my room would have either wireless or dial-up internet, it had neither.

Staff were polite and the rooms were nice and clean and fresh.

Rooms are big and clean, linens pristine; location is good; desk staff are polite, friendly and helpful.

Our room was very large, clean and quiet with a good mattress.

Close to many shops, rooms are large and clean.

The exterior is truly shabby and we were worried when we drove up, but the room turned out to be spacious, clean, and comfortable.
