The staff was great, rooms were clean, and the location is second to none.

Great location, a beautiful place to stay and we loved the view through the glass exterior walls.

The location was good and the staff was great.

I have 2 daughters and the location is great for them to be out and come back safely.

Just a beautiful view of the ocean right from your bed and the hotel itself is nice and clean.

Our room had an ocean view, two flat screen TVs and a whirlpool tub.

Furthermore the staff was incredibly nice, the bed was a little too soft for me.

I then asked the hotel supervisor if they could move us to another room,and she said she had no other rooms.

We stayed in an ocean view but not ocean front room (you could see the ocean from the living room side window).

A restaurant right across the street for breakfast and lunch.

A lovely restaurant and bar on the beachside.

The Pier 14 Restaurant was very entertaining with good food, although a bit pricey.

Service, comfort, staff, location, view, etc.

The front desk staff was about as unattentive as I have ever seen in a hotel.

The front desk staff just ignored us and went back to smacking their chewing gum and laughing and talking to each other,not even caring that they had an enraged customer on the virge of a mental breakdown.

Our stay was great, the beach was nice and staff were always friendly and available.

We used the pool and the jacuzzi which did not smell of over-chlorination because a special salination system reduces that odor.

All week long he harassed us at the pool.

The only downside is you have to park two streets over in a parking garage, but that really isn't that big of a deal, or at least it wasn't to us.

The room was very clean, the elevators were a bit slow and the Pier 14 Restaurant was very entertaining.

Friendly staff, clean apartment and nicely organized kitchenette.

The room was spacious, spotless and well equipped for an extended stay.

Kitchens were stocked, the bathroom was clean.

    The views were great, the beach connected to the Seaglass Tower was amazing and the ocean was warm. Place was very clean and desk staff were helpful. The room was spacious and the pool we were allowed to use next door was dirty as well.

    Great view from the room, seaglass Tower residents are allowed to use both outdoor pools and i liked the easy access to the beach. Management on site making sure the hotel is up to high standards, the staff is very friendly and helpful, hot tub are a nice day activity at night seemed to be very crowded. The kitchen is well stocked.

    The view is excellent, the beach in front of the resort is very wide and balcony large enough to sit on - great place for morning coffee. The room itself is awesome.

    Our room was 501 - spectacular view - you can't beat the surround glass and the LOCATION of this place was great. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the beds were not right beside each other.

    Great view of downtown, very nice stay and free coffee in the lobby or in your room. Staff at the desk were friendly.

    We did not have hot water for the first night, my pantry was filled and the elevators were a little slow.
