Seacoast Suites

The only good thing about this location is that it made me a better consumer.

OK and as for our room, there were no complaints, we had the 2 bedroom Jr Suite and it had a full kitchen (we went up to 69th ST Publix to buy groceries) and two full baths.

We had two bathrooms (with extremely hot water), two bedrooms, living room, and a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, appliances, and pots/pans.

The room we had had 2 double-beds because thats all there was left, the beds were hard as rocks, we didnt even have hot water in the bathroom, we had to call the concierge and it took forever for him to come.

The rooms were dirty ,and decorated in early thrift store,our bathroom was filthy, the towel racks were on the floor [broken] no soap, shampoo,and the towels were so small and sooo used they were transparent.

It had new carpet throughout the suite and new living room furniture.

The restaurant is now open and they had great lunch specials daily under $10 and daquiries and pina coladas for $5.

The staff at the restaurant will bring your food and drinks to you at the pool too!

There is a pool, tiki bar, convenience mart and it is right on the beach.

The common areas are quite dirty, the pool area is under construction and the restaurant is permanently closed.

I am looking forward to coming back next year to see the finished product.

1st impressions were positive, with an efficient concierge and valet service and reception area which was pleasant and spacious.

Overall this place was great and the staff was very friendly.

Facade from street looked great - flowers planted and the staff was helpful.

The private beach/pool area was never too crowded and the hotel staff was very nice and helpful.

Enter the outdated lobby and walk down the long, dark hallway to the pool area and you will see a sea of.

Once in the lift, with the expired safety certification showing on the wall, the experience deteriorated until our check out and escape the following morning.

The swimming pool insisted on shower caps for women (!

The staff was very friendly and our rooms were very clean.

Our rooms were very clean and the pool was great.

Other than that wasn't a bad room at all, clean sheets a light bulb or anything else and cheap snacks.

Regarding the accomodations - positives first: the rooms were large, sunny and relatively clean.
