  The staff at all locations were very nice, this place was perfect for us and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Tena's breakfast buffet was a great value.

  The view of the beach from the private balcony was fantastic and the hotel staff were on the ball and had excellent attitudes. The rooms were clean, food was good, service was good and the pools were great.

  The sea mist gift shop was nice cheap and the Family Value Package was a great deal for the money. The staff were very courteous and the pools, rooms, and hallway were all very clean.

  The house very nice and spacious, great for the price. We liked the hotel's waterpark and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was somewhat clean.

  The common areas were filthy and trash cans smelled, the elevators were filthy, smelly and hot, the one free breakfast we had was not very good.

  The stay at this resort was the best, the security staff were very helpful and freindly, i opend the door to our room and was like cool new carpet. The pools were always clean.

  The housekeeping staff were really nice and helpful, our room was clean roomy.

  This hotels website was very deceiving and not accurate, the great new elevators were not working.

  The room was not bad, free breakfast at Tena's was way overcrowded for amount of staff working and kids pool was nice and clean.

  The ocean view was perfect, the food was great and plentiful, we took a cab going and coming, the Sea Mist Water Park was also nice. The hotel was clean, service was friendly and the first two days, the rooms were cleaned well. The kitchenette was fine for breakfast and lunch, the waitress we had at Tena's was very courteous, pleasant and efficient.

  From the minute we got there, i was just sickened by filthy seemed, the elevator and walkways were nasty, towels were not always available. The pools were average at best and most seemed dirty.

  The water park needs to be updated, the family value package is the best deal on the beach and great place for single family units. The rooms are clean and the satff is helpful and very friendly, tena's buffet is good for breakfast.

  The sandcastle building is not as nice as the tides building ocean front, elevator slow, difficult to get to and dirty.

  The pools are excellent as is the water park, sea Mist is a great value and the rooms are simple and clean enough. For the price we paid we should have had free breakfast everyday.

  The hotel is on a very busy street and the halls and elevators didn't have any odors that we noticed.
