Really enjoyable stay, as always. Enjoyable breakfast for the start of the day with Aldi yogurts, fruit, hot options. Lovely bed, spotless and nicely decorated rooms. Location just off Screebe House near Rosmuc, and Michelin restaurants in Ireland and elsewhere. Also, on the peninsula.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a breathtaking location. This place offers enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly memorable. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service throughout my stay. Trish, in particular, was an absolute dream, making sure that I had everything I needed and even offering helpful advice for exploring the area. The views from this hotel were absolutely stunning, with the hotel situated on a small isolated bay. The restaurant overlooked a fabulous view, making each meal a truly enjoyable experience. The breakfast served at this hotel was also wonderful, offering a delicious start to the day.

I did have a slight disappointment during my stay, as I had requested a bath and a larger room due to a special occasion. However, I didn't receive these accommodations as I had hoped.

Good location

Our room wasn't ready until 3.25pm, when asked for compensation, we were told that 3.25pm was still a reasonable time. A paid drink at the bar would do the job... Furthermore, even the 3.00pm is an unusually late check-in time, in my view.

The hotel has a B&B vibe, which is nice. The staff were friendly and were quick to respond when we told them our phone wasn't working. And they took care of arranging for our tour bus to pick us up at the hotel on the way to the bus station. The hotel is also nicely located at the end of the main street of shops and restaurants/pubs, but was just far enough away from the bus station to make it a longer walk than expected with rolling suitcases. The decor is bright and makes for a nice atmosphere.

Service at the bar on a Saturday night was less than ideal. It may not have been true, but it felt like they were avoiding the Americans with the swipe credit card.

Screebe House, nestled in a quiet area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean bay, offers a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The location is simply stunning, with the hotel right on RosMuc shore, providing guests with breathtaking views of the sea. The rooms, with their lovely beds and a lovely view, are tastefully furnished and offer a tranquil retreat with a touch of luxury. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the top-class amenities to the warm and friendly service provided by the staff. Additionally, the breakfast, with its hot options cooked to order and the selection of delicious Glenilen yogurts, is a perfect start to the day.

All was absolutely fine at this hotel.

The staff were brilliant. We honestly changed the booking so many times and they were so helpful. They were helpful in other regards as well. The decor is great and it's so central. Would def recommend staying in this hotel. Lovely bar and lobby area and also very child-friendly.

Receptionist was chewing gum when I was checking in and she was on the phone chatting quite a while before she dealt with me. Parking is quite a distance away - but there was a 'set down' outside the door. Foyer was freezing when we sat for a drink but the barman noticed and offered to put on heating in February! Overall a hotel catering I think to a young crowd and hen nights - rooms were clean and staff overall were friendly.

Got complementary drinks at the check-in, great view of the lake from the balcony, and location was close to attractions.

Staff were not attentive, breakfast was not up to standard, and room was not tidy.
