    On December 13, 2007, I had to attend a business trip and reserved a room at the above mentioned hotel for three days through Booked.net for Business.

    A hotel in the red line district would have provided better response and service than this hotel manager from hell.

    I am writing this review weeks after my experience with the night manager because I was so aggravated with him and the situation and I wanted to calm down before writing this review.

    When I flew into Houston, the night manager was rude and refused to honor the price that was arranged with Booked.net.
