It was trip and we would love to come back here some time. Everything was great, favourable location so close to main attractions, and Gatlinburg, such great experience. The room was relaxing, perfect & had a soft bed. The stuff were polite and exceptional too. The restaurant was not too far from the hotel.

Everything was great, marvellous location close enough to the aquarium, and all the attractions, very, very nice staff. The beds were very comfy and rooms were good-sized. The stay was RELAXING.

The bed was comfortable and the heater worked well. Overall cleanliness satisfactory
The towels should have been white but though clean, they were gray. The sink was continually dripping and drained very poorly.We feel the place is in dire need of renovation/upgrading.

The price.
The hotel room was very dirty. The sheets were worn out and discolored. It took the hot water 10 minutes to get lukewarm and it never got any warmer. The tv had a very fuzzy picture and was outdated.

The only good thing about it was location. Close enough to walk to shopping/eating. I guess another good thing would be the reinforced understanding that there really are dangerous rough places in Gatlinburg that make you wonder if meth is being cooked in the room next to you.
Where should I begin..it was apparent that there was a large family living there, probably the owners. The first room we tried smelled like mildew, was dirty, lights didn't work, cobwebs on the ceiling...but main thing that alarmed me was the deadbolt didn't line up so it woudn't lock. Upon complaining we were given key to another room which was worse, and again deadbolt wouldn't work. Upon complaining again, an older man emerged from the back yelling and pitching a fit saying "none of them work but you are the only one who can get in to your room!" if it hadn't been new years weekend we would have left but whole city was booked up! Never again!
