We stayed at this hotel recently and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town, on the main promenade. It was incredibly convenient to have shops and restaurants just steps away. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with modern amenities like a large TV and excellent internet access. We also enjoyed the various room services offered, such as dry cleaning and bicycle hire. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the cleaning lady to the manager. They made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs. The spa and wellness center was a great addition, with a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. we highly recommend this hotel for its central location, quality services, and comfortable accommodations.

This hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

By the way there was an a sauna. The bed was comfortable as expected. The accommodation was right by a railroad station. La Cave, where you can eat, is within walking distance of the hotel.

I really appreciated the friendly staff and their willingness to help with anything. The breakfast was very satisfying with a great omelet and tasty bread. The room had a ski shoe drier, wall separation, and two TVs, making it a convenient and comfortable place to stay. The hotel had a fantastic location, right in the center of town, close to everything, transportation, and just a short trip away to one nice Swiss mountain.

The room was dated. Mini bar was not working, I asked the staff to check it but they did not fix it. One staff unlock the door and walked into the room without knocking when I was sleep. She could not speak English and did not know why she came into the room. I called the reception to ask about shower but she could not speak English.

We recently stayed in a hotel for our romantic escape and had a great experience. The room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony that had a beautiful view of the mountains. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk away from the main strip, which made it easy for us to explore the town. We also enjoyed the delicious meals that were served during our stay.

The hotel had a few issues during our stay that put a damper on our experience. the hotel staff seemed very busy and were not as attentive as we had hoped, which made it difficult to get any assistance when we needed it.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite, the room was very comfortable and had a bath rather than shower which I prefer. The courtesy car to the station was also a plus, as taxis in Davos are very expensive.

Spent my New Year's break at this hotel and it was amazing! Loved the spacious room with the amazing view of the mountains and the cozy vibes of the place. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, making me feel at home. I also enjoyed the delicious food and drinks offered at the lounge. Plus, the location is perfect, just a few steps away from the main street and ski slopes.

Not everything was perfect. There were some minor issues with the check-in process, and the room looked slightly different from the pictures on the website.

If you're after a comfortable and elegant stay, this hotel is worth visiting. Situated as it is pretty close to the train station, you can easily get to the hotel from the station. You could also make use of the hotel's shuttle service to the slopes if you need to. Breakfast is a lovely spread although you might have to get there early to avoid missing out on certain items. Service is polite and helpful and the rooms are spacious with homely decor. The only downside is the lack of popular amenities on the premises.
