The Schoolhouse hotel was everything we were looking for, and in taking advantage of the Sunday reduced rate we got value for money and a lovely easy start to the week over a great Monday morning breakfast.
This hotel has charm, class, and excellent service for a great price!
The Schoolhouse was the most expensive of 17 hotels we stayed in and while it was comfortable it was not exceptional for the price we paid.
The Schoolhouse hotel charges almost E220 a night, for a service that falls well short of that value.
This hotel is in a fabulous location in a very nice neighborhood of Dublin and is within walking distance of the city centre, parks, museums and galleries.
The location was perfect for Dublin city centre, our stay at the Schoolhouse Hotel was very pleasant and the staff was great.
The area is quiet, the location of the Hotel is good and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Transport to and from the airport was so easy with the bus stop right outside.

The bathroom and bedroom were both spotlessly clean with comfortable bed and furnishings as well as mineral water, an ice bucket and nice biscuits to have with tea or coffee.
The room was very spacious, decorated beautifully, and the big comfy bed was heavenly.

There was a continental breakfast bar with cereals, and a choice of hot breakfasts.

The service at the hotel was impeccable and every member of staff we met from the reception to the bar to the breakfast room was extremely polite and helpful.
We loved the location within walking distance to Grafton Street, the safe car-parking, the huge soft towels, the brilliant shower, the very comfortable individually decorated rooms, and the very helpful service at reception.
It is not the ideal parking situation, but it is free and off the street.
The small lobby was warm and check in quick.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfasts are great too - a combination of cooked-to-order.
The rooms were all spotless and both times the food was very good.
Additionally the rooms were clean and the food was excellent also.
Our room was clean and in excellent condition.
The smell was so bad on this visit that I chose to use the toilet in reception which was at all times spotlessly clean.
