                Great location, stuff was friendly and staff were wonderful and helpful. Our room was gorgeous, loved the reading lights on each side of the bed, the elevator was ancient made special and breakfast was nice for Swiss standards.

                Very convenient location just one step from the banhof and the gornergrattbahn, the hotel staff could not have been more welcoming and made our stay perfect. Room is very clean, the breakfast buffet, bubbly included, is excellent.

                We skiied one day and the views were wonderful the snow is heavy and crusty, at this rate, could have gotten much better hotel. The staff is friendly, professional and accommodating to any and all requests, rooms and bathroom are quite spacious, anyone thinks the breakfast is great needs to get out more.
