As a budget traveler, I found Hotel XYZ to be a hidden gem. The accommodations were luxurious and comparable to high-end hotels. The personal spa time was a treat!

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel this venue and it was a truly luxurious experience. The location down the hill next to a castle was absolutely breathtaking, offering splendid views over the surrounding area. The hotel provided enhanced comfort with its well-appointed rooms featuring modern amenities such as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of quality services including a restaurant with delicious dining options, a bar/lounge area for relaxation, and a sumptuous breakfast to start the day off right. The staff here were friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service throughout my stay.

Families will find this hotel to be the perfect choice for a memorable vacation.

Something really special and Germanlike. This castle on the top of the hill has beautiful view style, excellent meals and exceptional hospitality. You will not find such true German lifelike environment in city hotels.

The rooms are very clean ad modern- a great contrast to the exterior.

The beds were quite hard and if you live in different haus, you have to carry your luggage down there. It is quite a bit of walk and hassle and no one is there to help with the bags. The restaurant only offered buffet.

Located down the hill from a beautiful castle, this hotel offers a convenient location next to the A3 highway. The breakfast facilities are situated 100m higher than the rooms, making it easier for those who have trouble walking uphill. The rooms are spacious and modern, with well-stocked coffee and tea facilities in the common area. Guests can enjoy a fantastic pool area with a large, clean pool and modern changing rooms. The restaurant staff are friendly and helpful, and the buffet options are decent, especially when enjoyed on the restaurant terrace with a great view of the surrounding valley.

The hotel restaurant can be crowded at times.

Once you understand the set-up of the Schloss Montabaur it serves you well. For me it was the location for the business meetings locally for Montabaur.

The web information lead us to believe it maybe a romantic location with exclusive dining and calm cosey accomodation - typical castle style. But this hotel fine that it is is set up for the business seminar. Its like a campus atmosphere. Recommended for business environment.

Good location for my trip to Neuwied and back to the fra airport.

Schloß Montabaur is good to relax in a beautiful enviroment and to live in a comfortable Hotel. It is nice to walk to the different places enjoying a lot of space.

Christmas at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. The stunning views from the top of the hill added to the magical atmosphere. The breakfast served was delicious and abundant, with the perfect mix of sweet and savory options. We enjoyed having the option to relax and pamper ourselves in the spa after days spent exploring the area.

On the other hand, we found the location to be a bit inconvenient as it was on top of a hill, which meant getting around required some effort. Finally, even though the hotel had a large swimming pool, the absence of air conditioning made it difficult to enjoy during the warmer days.

The hotel's accessibility features, such as ramps and handrails, were thoughtful additions that made my stay comfortable and hassle-free.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff with my luggage, as it can be quite cumbersome for senior travelers.

I had a truly amazing experience at Schloss in Montabaur. The location at the old castle provided splendid views over the city. The rooms were luxurious and the beds were really comfortable, allowing for personalized adjustment. The wellness and swimming pool facilities were excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed using them. The breakfast was extensive and delicious, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. I also appreciated the convenience of having garage parking available for a small fee. I loved the beautiful surroundings and the attention to detail at this hotel.
