We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location of this hotel was also perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to transportation. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious and varied, catering to all tastes. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Meals in hotel were DELICIUOS. Easy access to what Kruen has to offer, only 3 miles to partnachklamm. We greatly enjoyed facilities and the food, the property had everything we required for our trip.

The Continental breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of high-quality options. The location advantages were also notable, with picturesque views and idyllic surroundings.

The only minor issue was with the service, which was occasionally slow due to understaffing during peak times. However, the staff was friendly and helpful when attending to our needs.

My stay at this hotel was unforgettable. The luxurious spa and wellness center, as well as the indoor swimming pool, provided the perfect relaxation experience. Over New Year's, we had a lovely stay at a hotel nestled away in the Bavarian Alps. The spa facilities were fantastic, as were the cultural programs that were offered. We especially enjoyed the E-bikes that were available for rental, which allowed us to explore the stunning surroundings. the food was delicious, with a variety of dining options available for all tastes. The hotel's location offered both peace and quiet, with stunning natural views.

There are some areas where the hotel could improve. In some instances, the service was lacking, with inexperienced staff members and slow service in the bar area.

Had an amazing time during my recent stay at this luxury spa retreat nestled in the Bavarian Alps. The stunning mountain views from my room were a highlight of my trip, along with the delicious buffet breakfast and impeccable service from the young and attentive staff. The complementary basic and all-level yoga classes were a great way to start and end each day. The location was perfect for hiking enthusiasts, with many hiking trails available nearby.

Despite the amazing experience, I did find that the other restaurants besides the buffet option were quite expensive, and that the €50 voucher was not sufficient for a full meal. I wish there were coffee/tea making facilities in my room for that early morning cup of joe.
